This page outlines the legal terms, conditions, and responsibilities that players must follow when using the two789 platform.
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") apply to any person ("Player" or "you") who uses the Online Gaming services ("Services") provided by two789. By accessing the platform, registering an account, or using any of the Services, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all of these terms and conditions.
If you do not agree to this Agreement, please do not continue using the Services. two789 may update these terms at any time, and changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page. We recommend checking this page regularly.
Eligibility Requirements
1.1 Age Restriction
two789 Services are available only to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. two789 may request proof of your age at any time, and if you cannot provide supporting documents, your account may be suspended. If two789 becomes aware that a person under 21 has accessed the platform, that account will be closed immediately and any remaining funds will be withheld.
1.2 Personal Identity
Each player may only open one account in their own name. Opening an account using another person's details, or opening an account in a name other than your own on behalf of a family member, is not permitted. If discovered, the related accounts may be operationally closed.
1.3 Restricted Regions
This service is intended for players in Myanmar. However, players from regions where online gaming is strictly prohibited by law should not attempt to access it. The service must only be used from a country or region where it is permitted by law, and players are personally responsible for any legal violations.
Account Registration and Security
2.1 Accurate Personal Information
When opening an account, players must provide accurate and truthful personal information. Accounts found to contain incorrect or incomplete information may be closed, and any remaining balance may be withheld.
2.2 Protecting Login Credentials
Players must keep their login username and password confidential and must not share them with any third party. If you become aware that someone else has accessed your account without permission, you must notify two789 immediately via Live Chat. two789 is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized third-party access.
2.3 Account Verification (KYC)
two789 may request a national ID, photo, and other documents to verify a player's identity. If a player does not cooperate with the KYC process, withdrawals may be suspended for a period and the account may be closed.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Deposit Methods
The following deposit methods are available on the two789 platform — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks, and the maximum amount may be set according to the policy of the payment service provider relevant to the player.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawals will be processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours of the request (may vary depending on bank hours and payment service availability). Players may not request a withdrawal to a bank or payment account that is not in their own name.
3.3 Financial Checks
two789 may review each player's deposit and withdrawal history to ensure compliance with financial regulations. Transactions are handled in Myanmar Kyat only, and two789 is not responsible for any losses arising from currency exchange.
Bonus and Promotion Programs
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New players can receive a bonus equal to 100% of their first deposit amount, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus, players must wager 10 times the bonus amount (Wagering Requirement).
Examples (calculated):
- Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 20,000 Ks → Balance 40,000 Ks → Must wager 20,000 Ks × 10 = 200,000 Ks
- Deposit 420,000 Ks → Bonus 200,000 Ks (maximum) → Balance 620,000 Ks → Must wager 200,000 Ks × 10 = 2,000,000 Ks
Until the Wagering Requirement is met, the bonus and any winnings linked to it cannot be withdrawn. If bonus misuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be voided.
4.2 VIP Rewards Program
The two789 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Players can move up tiers based on their play volume and receive weekly cashback —
- Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback per week
- Silver — up to 0.4% cashback per week
- Gold — up to 0.6% cashback per week
- Platinum — up to 0.8% cashback per week
Cashback amounts and detailed tier requirements may be announced separately by two789 and players will be notified in advance.
4.3 Bonus Abuse Prevention
two789 strictly prohibits intentional bonus abuse — for example, attempting to circumvent the Wagering Requirement or opening multiple accounts from the same IP address. If such activity is detected, bonuses may be forfeited and the account may be closed.
Prohibited Conduct
Players are prohibited from engaging in the following conduct when using the service —
- Money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity
- Using Software, Bots, or Scripts to exploit game vulnerabilities for an advantage
- Hacking the platform or attempting to disrupt its services
- Players working together through Collusion to gain an unfair advantage
- Using the platform to conduct transactions or payments unrelated to our services
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes (Match-fixing)
If any of these violations are found, two789 may close the account without prior notice and freeze any remaining funds. The case may also be referred to the relevant authorities for legal action.
Game Fairness and Technology
6.1 Fair Play
Games offered by two789 use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or a genuine Live Dealer environment, and results are never predetermined. two789 does not control the randomness or outcomes of any game.
6.2 Technical Issues
two789 is not responsible for game interruptions caused by network disconnections or local internet service issues. If an incorrect result occurs due to a game technical fault, two789 will investigate, correct the result, and notify the player.
6.3 SSL Security
The two789 platform uses SSL encryption at all times to protect players' personal information and financial data. However, players are responsible for maintaining the security of their own computers or phones.
Account Closure and Suspension
7.1 Player-Initiated Closure
Players who wish to temporarily or permanently close their account may contact two789 Live Chat customer support. You may request to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.
7.2 Closure by two789
two789 may close a player's account without prior notice in the following circumstances —
- If a violation of these terms and conditions is found
- If a player fails to cooperate with KYC verification for more than 14 days
- If bonus abuse is detected
- When a suspicious money laundering investigation is required
- If the player personally requests a responsible gambling suspension
7.3 Remaining Balance After Closure
Remaining funds in an account closed due to a terms violation may be forfeited. Remaining funds in an account closed at the player's own request or due to a responsible gambling adjustment may be returned after review.
Personal Data Protection
two789 handles players' personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (Privacy Policy). Personal data provided by players is used to —
- Provide services and manage accounts

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, two789 is not liable for losses arising from the following —
- Games lost due to a player's internet connection dropping
- Funds lost because a player shared their login details
- Deposit or withdrawal errors made by the player themselves without prior notification from two789
- Gambling losses resulting from the player's own decisions
- Service interruptions caused by external factors beyond two789's control (Force Majeure)
Players must be aware that there is always a risk of losing when gambling, and two789 cannot be held responsible for covering those losses.

two789 may update these terms at any time, and changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page. For significant changes, two789 will try to notify players in advance by email, but players are responsible for checking this page regularly.
By continuing to use the service after changes are published, players are considered to have accepted the updated terms.
If any section is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining sections continue to apply. This agreement is governed by the laws of Myanmar.
